Samsung responded to TSO, won by arch rivals Apple, effectively Canada – minor wanted 10.1 the Galaxy sale everywhere in Europe. Apple claims the new tablet ??? Android infringes on its intellectual property rights in relation to technology and design features of the iPad 2.
A court in Dusseldorf gave a preliminary order as 10.1 no Galaxy tab was sold in the European Union, of the Netherlands.
Director of PR of Samsung, Kim Titus responded to the decision of the Court, noting that the company does not want to affect other legal proceedings involving the company.
"Samsung disappointed of the Court, we are going to act immediately to protect our intellectual property rights through ongoing legal proceedings in Germany and will continue to defend these rights actively throughout the world," said Titus.
"Request for an order is notified to Samsung, an order without hearing or presentation of evidence than Samsung.
"We take all necessary measures to ensure that innovative devices of Samsung mobile communications available to clients in Europe and around the world."
