Sony mkccth the prices of its PS3 at GamesCom

With a host of new games consoles in the pipeline, there has been a ’ s never a better time to buy the Sony PS3, with the Japanese giant slashing prices at GamesCom. The price cut is effective immediately, and turns the PS3 into something.bak approaching a bargain.

Prior to this year's GamesCom ’, there was already loads to like about the Sony PS3. The fact it was more powerful than any other games console, for instance, or the ability to play back Blu-ray movies without having to invest in a rental Blu-ray player.

Now there's more, ’ as Sony has slashed prices of the PS3. The Japanese company has cut prices to 250 Euros and 250-in Europe and the US, respectively. At the same time, the retailer Amazon prices slashed to just £192 for the 160 GB PS3.
